H-1 B Sponsorship

Vinsys can sponsor H-1B visa transfers for qualified software professionals who seek employment with us. We have had much success in transferring L1's to H1-B's, a track record that gives us the edge when compared to other companies.

Employment based Green Card sponsorship

Vinsys has been very successful in sponsoring Green Cards under employment-based category. We have helped several employees realize their dreams of becoming Permanent Residents of the United States. Even while you are still working for other employers - before you could accept our employment - we will be able to initiate your Green Card sponsorship on a future employment basis, as long as you are qualified and are able to accept our employment at a later point of time during the Green Card sponsorship process.

Here is how the process works: We will file your labor petition under PERM, and you will have an option to join us later, upon receiving your Labor Certification. Once you are certified, and after you accept our employment, we will file your I140 Immigrant Petition. When your priority dates become current, we will file your I-485 petitions for you and your family, and this will complete your Green Card sponsorship process. You can decide to join us only after receiving your labor certification.

Vinsys also does Porting of Labor of Your existing EB3 Category to EB2 Category for all those consultants who are willing to accept permanent employment with our company and work on our payrolls. We have been very efficient in our immigration paperwork and provide complete support to our employees
